interesting seeing on that link to m__ p______ , the header stating "Many thanks to the original up loaders of these files. Music is the voice of each generation, let their voice be heard."

But to blatantly post word for word Skids' post and I know that with blogspot you can choose your own date of posting, so it's no secret that this has been done in this instance. Although I can see it's very nice of Brucey to reupload the very same file of 80653 KB. Just wondering, did that file include the Ausrock link?

Just makes me think twice about uploading (to my blog and here) and I suppose Skids feels the same ....

The only reason I found these forums was a Google search result for something on the blog. Saying that, I prefer using the forums than a blog for sharing music. I think the blog is important for advertising these forums to the outside world via Google search results.

your blog was what lead me to the forum

it would be a shame to see the blog go as it has great stuff that is easier to navigate

Same for me.  Your blog is fantastic, and I have put a link to it in my own blogpage.  Please continue with it, as it provides a great reference point for people searching for lost albums and artists.  You are to be commended for the amount of work you've done to get it to the stage it is now.
No matter how good your music playback system is, it's the quality of sound engineering which determines the listener's enjoyment level.
Many thanks to all who share properly encoded, named and tagged files.

Sounds like a good solution. I too only found this forum through the blog, would have been a shame to see it go.

Just wanted to add - thanks for all of the hard work with the blog over the years.  I found it a few months ago (and joined up here shortly afterwards) and was astounded by all of it.  A real gem of a site.  :)
