Zippysha.re and Bay files have closed - apparently

I'm not sure what has happened, but I can't open either of their websites. Anyone else notice this?

I just went to Zippysha.re and was met with this message:

"zippysha.re’s server IP address could not be found."

The website seems to have disappeared.

Ah yes, but Zippysha.re succeeded it for a time. It was different to Zippyshare.
Also Bay files seems to have been linked to it somehow. Neither work anymore.
