I'm hoping somebody can identify this rock song. Tried shazam and soundhound with no results

I tried searching for some of the lyrics, but no success there either.

Judging by the waveform, I'd say it was recorded and released before 1999 (the year the loudness war began).

I could post it on YouTube and ask for people's help there. Just let me know.

Somebody told me the name of the song might be called 'Resolution' but not a fact just an old memory from the radio

I'm probably wrong, but it sounds a little like something BLUR may have released - but not as wild as their hit "Song2" !
