The pub was closing, and Ryan realised he had to go home. He tried to get off his chair, but crumpled into a heap on the floor. Manfully he crawled out of the pub, crawled across the road and down the street to his house. It took him a fair time to open the door, get inside and close it behind him. The lounge was closer than his bedroom, so he pulled himself up on the couch, and fell immediately asleep.
In the morning he was woken by his wife. "So you got plastered again last night did ya?"
"You can't know that..." he began
"Oh yes I can. You left your wheelchair at the pub again"
