I recently found this in my travels - it was part of an Aussie compilation with some rocking tracks on it
So I assume it is Australian. Sounds like an 80's hard rock track.
I'd be pleased if you can help me out.
Lead singer has a voice not unlike Joey Tempest from Europe
The chorus goes, "whoa I've found my own little paradise - whoa now I'm here to stay"
Not much I know so I've posted this to assist
DEAD LINK
Thanks for looking :D

I'm sure you'd have most of the stuff off it Skids. Standard Oz rock fare.
I've found the answer to my own question (I think)
As best I can tell the band is called Ice Tiger. The song is from a 1991 album called Love N Crime. It was re-issued in 2004.
There's a bit of info about it on Heavy Harmonies.
Although I can't verify with a sound grab from somewhere like Allmusic etc I am willing to bet my wife on it ;D

Yep it's definitely Ice Tiger, although at first listen I think it would be hard to pick that track as an OZ band (and especially a local Perth band!).
I have the album "Love 'n' Crime", but only @128. I've not seen it floating around at a better bit-rate.
Cheers
