The time on my Ausrock page says currently 09:20:03 PM in actual fact its 1.44pm. It's always incorrect, anyone know how to fix it? Or is that just how it is?

You can set your own time for the time being. AEST: -7.5 is for Melbourne Time.
Profile > Look and Layout > Time off-set -7.5

Got it, thanks for your information.

Thanks for that. I was having trouble as well, kept using +9.30 for S.A. time zone UTC and could not get it right. Too used to my old nautical ways.

Don't forget to upgrade your profile after adding the time offset. -7.5 ;)
