Title: No Clean Feed - Stop Internet Censorship in Australia

Our internet freedom is at risk - without action the government will decide what we can and can't do on the internet!
NOT something I want them dictating!

I signed the petition, although it will be quiet opposition in the Gov't that will stop it as pollies never listen to the public unless there is an election imminent - democracy, hah!

Sorry Vtroll - I didn't search before posting, so had no idea you'd already posted, thanks for correcting the link though!

The problem is that this policy is supported by sections of the community that have either no web access or undertsand how it works. If it comes in, i'll just get a secure tunnel setup and browse the web through that... Undtectable and will avoid the filters. It'll never work and there will be heaps of ways to get around it.

It's not just html that is being targeted, p2p is on their action list now too:

I can imagine Stephen Conroy's office will have unlimited access to p0rn etc .... to compare against the "filtered" access ....
