Mmm, that was me who initiated the aus.music news group request. Would luv to get hold of this! I had a 1/4" reel to reel tape with this on it but it was damaged when water got to it many, many years ago.

Hello to anyone interested in this still. I have a recording of this song on Compact Cassette. I have many hours of 4ZZZ promos, interviews, Jo Bjelke send ups and some of their funny "subscribe" ads from 1977 to 1985. I also have material from their 10th birthday (1985i think). That song starts with "Go on take his guiding hand" and finishes with the spoken lines "so they turned to a socialistic idea so everybody had the same thing - and they all got the same thing - NOTHING!"  Please contact me via the forum for further info. I imagine ZZZ or someone may want to digitise or archive this matter. JK
