Dance To The Rhythm of Christ

bazzil:
Hi there
Does anyone know the Brisbane band who sang Dance To The Rhythm of Christ?
it went
hammer in my head
hammer in my head
hammer in my head
I got a hammer in my head
Dance To The Rhythm of Christ...
It was the early to mid 80s

mr.Kenneth:
bazzil!

good to see you here at last and I see you're still trying to track down who did that track! LOL!

you know, I forgot to ask the one person I know, Jane Grigg, (who would most definitely have a fair idea cause I'm sure I heard it during one of her shows on ZZZ in the '80's) a couple of weeks back when I bumped into her at a gig. I was too excited about having seen Lovs é Blur do a surprise reunion set! and the song just didn't come to mind.

Its soooo annoying ... I can hear it clearly ... those casio drums and the manic vocals ... grrr

stranded:
I don't suppose you would have a sample of sorts to listen to?

bazzil:
No I don't sadly enough.

I used to have it taped off the radio but I wouldn't have a clue where that's gone.

Looks like this one has stumped us all.

Overhere:
back in the day when i tried to find this out for bazzil - using the power of the blog - actually got as far as e-mail contact with some 4zzz workers but the trail went cold - perhaps another polite inquiry there may help?
