Incorrect Time On My Ausrock Page.

My (Sydney -7.5) clock only updates (once) after I click refresh (F5) and then stops again, u no why this is ???
What is actually the function of this clock (real time, inlog time...)  ???

After you change the time offset. -7.5 Don't forget to upgrade your profile, see red outline at the bottom of the image.
